一 |     Washington, Oct 11 (UNI) A US police officer in San Antonio, Texas, has been fired after shooting a teenager in a McDonald's car park.
Police say that officer James Brennand arrived at the fast food joint after receiving a call about a possible disturbance, BBC reported. The officer believed the car a boy was in was a vehicle that had escaped him the night before.
The 17-year-old was eating a burger with a friend when the officer opened his door. The boy backed up the car, and struck the officer with the door, BBC said.
The officer then shot at him multiple times. The boy was wounded and is in hospital, his lawyer says.
UNI MR。    (ECNS) -- China's domestically developed C919 large passenger jet made its first international commercial flight on Wednesday, with Air China's CA723 flight departing Beijing at around 3 p.m. for Ulaanbaatar, capital of Mongolia, according to Air China.    According to COMAC, as of Monday, C919 aircraft operated by Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines had opened 57 routes to 25 cities, safely carrying more than 7.5 million passengers.    The C919 is China's first domestically developed jetliner designed in accordance with internationally recognized airworthiness standards and featuring independently owned intellectual property rights. It completed its first commercial flight on May 28, 2023.                                。
